Terms of Service

By accessing and using Smart Boost Labs ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

Smart Boost Labs provides an AI-powered traffic exchange platform that enables users to generate website visits and track analytics. The Service includes web-based campaign management, worker deployment tools, real-time analytics, and API access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited: • Spam, malware, or malicious content distribution • Phishing or fraudulent activities • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Adult content, hate speech, or violent content • Cryptocurrency mining or other resource abuse • Any activity that may harm other users or the platform

Credits purchased or earned on Smart Boost Labs have no cash value and are non-transferable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

Users may deploy worker instances to participate in the traffic exchange. Workers must be configured according to our documentation. Abuse of the worker system, including but not limited to running unauthorized modifications, will result in immediate account termination.

We collect data necessary for the operation of the Service, including visit logs, campaign analytics, and user behavior data. You retain ownership of your campaign data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement and analytics purposes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smart Boost Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Smart Boost Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smart Boost Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
